Mortgage offers from Polish banks · AI-assisted
Upload the offer PDFs you got from your banks. AI reads the conditions in minutes, fixed rules calculate the totals, and for values with a source one click takes you to that place in your document — so you can check what was read before you decide.

Every bank sends a long Formularz informacyjny in its own layout. The numbers that matter are scattered, and the conditions behind them are easy to miss.
The same rate, fee or insurance sits on page 2 at one bank and on page 14 at another.
A low rate often requires a salary transfer, a card and insurance — miss one and the margin goes up.
Insurance, account fees and commissions change the real cost, but they rarely appear in one place.
Three steps, a few minutes, no application forms.
Drop the PDFs you received from the banks. Several files per bank are fine — we group them for you.
A value with a source opens the page of your document it was read from. Single values flagged for checking can be confirmed or corrected.
See the offers side by side: rates, real costs, conditions and what changes if you don't meet them.
Data read from your documents, calculations done by fixed rules, and the final choice left to you.
Click a value with a source to see the place in your document it was read from. Not every value has one (lists of costs and conditions, for example, do not), and totals and other calculations are built from the values read.
All offers in one table. In rows where we apply a fixed direction (e.g. a lower fee counts as more favourable), the most and least favourable values are highlighted. The colours concern that row only and are not a rating of the whole offer.
See the rate in the offer and the rate we calculate from the conditions in your documents if you meet none of them (e.g. you take no card, account or insurance).
Insurance, account and card fees counted for as long as the bank requires them.
A plain list of the conditions found in your documents: what you must do, and for how long, so your rate doesn't go up.
Your own simulation: instalments, overpayments and savings at the rates in the offer, computed in your browser.
AI inside
AI is what lets Ofertnik turn long bank documents into a clear comparison in minutes instead of evenings. We use it where it is strong — and stop it where the calculations need exact rules.
Twenty pages of a bank form are read in minutes, not the hours it takes by hand.
Rates, fees, insurance, requirements and deadlines are put into one structure that is easy to compare across banks.
AI lists in plain language where each offer's documents are more or less favourable than your other offers. It does not know your situation and does not say which offer to choose. It describes differences, is not a recommendation and is marked as AI-written.
Quotes from Polish documents can be translated into Ukrainian, Russian or English. Translations are made by AI and are for convenience only; the Polish text of the document is what counts.
We built Ofertnik so that AI analyses your documents only after names, PESEL numbers and other identifiers in them have been masked automatically.
We don't ask for your name, address or PESEL. Your PDFs contain them, so we keep the files encrypted and use them only for your comparison.
Before AI reads the text, we automatically mask names, PESEL, NIP, REGON and KRS numbers, ID-card numbers, IBANs, e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers in it. Not everything is masked (for example dates or property details), and masking can miss a detail.
Your account, files and results are stored in Frankfurt, in the European Union.
Your documents are not used to train AI models.
PDFs are deleted automatically 30 days after upload and their stored copies within a further 5 days; files recognised as not being a loan offer are deleted within 72 hours unless you start their analysis within 24 hours. Once a file is deleted, its source links stop working. Results and your account are deleted on request.
You log in with a one-time code sent by e-mail. We don't ask for your bank login or a PDF password.
We'd rather be clear than oversell.
No subscription. You top up credits and pay with them for every page of each file accepted for analysis. One comparison covers offers from up to 5 banks (up to 5 files per bank).
AI recognises the bank and groups your files, reads the conditions from your documents, translates quotes, and writes and translates a short summary of the differences between offers. Totals, the rate if conditions are not met and the table highlights are then calculated by fixed rules in our code from the values the AI read. Before AI reads the text of your documents, names, PESEL and other identifiers in it are masked automatically, though masking can miss a detail.
We designed Ofertnik to protect your data. Before an AI model reads the text of your documents, names, PESEL, ID-card numbers and other identifiers in it are masked automatically, though masking can miss a detail. Your account, the original PDF files (which contain your details) and the results are stored encrypted in Frankfurt; PDFs are deleted automatically 30 days after upload and their stored copies within a further 5 days. To have files, results or your account deleted, write to kontakt@ofertnik.pl; we do it without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
PDF offers from Polish banks, usually the Formularz informacyjny (ESIS) with its attachments. The PDF needs a text layer — scans and photos are not supported yet. Please do not upload health declarations, medical questionnaires, loan applications or copies of ID documents. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.
No. Ofertnik is not a bank, a mortgage credit intermediary or an agent, and it does not provide advisory services. It shows the conditions read from your documents and what follows from them, but it gives the offers no overall score or ranking, and the comparison does not take your income or goals into account. The AI summary describes differences and is not a recommendation — the decision is yours.
Values the AI was unsure about are marked: single values can be confirmed or corrected, and for values with a source you can open that place in your PDF while we keep the file, that is 30 days from upload. Unmarked values and lists (rate periods, costs, insurance, conditions) cannot be corrected in the app; if one looks wrong, write to kontakt@ofertnik.pl and we will check it. Unmarked values can be wrong too, so check the ones you rely on against your document and confirm the terms with your bank.
The app works in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English. Quotes from your documents can be translated into your language. Translations are made by AI and are for convenience only; the Polish text of the document is what counts.
